ASTM A 709/A 709M A709 Grade HPS 50W is a kind of weathering steel plate with Cr,Ni,Mo alloy when rolling. The low alloy steel plate A709 GR HPS 50W shall have an atmospheric corrosion resistance index of 6.0 or higher calculated from the heat analysis in according to steel guide G 101-predictive method based on the date of larabee and Coburn.When properly exposed to the atmosphere,these weathering steel sheet A709 Grade HPS 50W can be used bare and unpainted.
